Sixth grade students at the Farmingdale’s Howitt Middle School were recently invited to a ‘Meet and Greet’ social hosted by the school’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA).
The event provided incoming students the opportunity to interact with their classmates and meet new friends. In addition, snacks and drinks were available and a DJ played music and games for the students to enjoy.
Parents and loved ones also had a chance to meet with one another and school administrators who participated in offering information about to the 2012-2013 school year.
