"My son Christian Picone was upset of the news. He said 'awh my friends my teachers, what will happen?' Then he saw me upset and said to me 'it's ok mommy time to move on, don't cry'! He is only eight and to say that!" - Judy Picone, La Salle parent.

"My daughter Stephanie is devastated by the closing of her school. She is in fourth grade now. She has been there since nursery school. Seven years worth of friendships are now just thrown away because of the Diocese. The friendships that were built here are the other side of the equation. Its not just a school to us but a family." - Victor Calderone, La Salle parent.
