The Saltzman East Memorial Elementary School’s Parent-Teacher Association recently hosted a program that taught students the value of reading through a puppet show.
Students in grades K-5 attended the performance, and learned about the importance of grammar and literature, following directions, and the reading for information.
Organizers said the puppet show was hit in getting the children involved.
