Students Celebrate Dr. Seuss's Birthday

Students from the Farmingdale’s Saltzman East Memorial Elementary School recently celebrated the birthday of beloved children’s author, Dr. Seuss.

In honor of the man who gave children around the world popular stories such as The Cat in  the Hat and Horton Hears a Who, students and staff came to school donning costumes of their favorite Dr. Seuss-inspired characters.

The day was spent reading Dr. Seuss books, writing about his life, and even making “Green Eggs and Ham!”
