Dalers lose for the first time this season, 48-38.
It was a wild homecoming in Farmingdale Friday but, in the end, the Dalers suffered their first loss of the season.
East Meadow scored on offense, defense, and special teams, and withstood a furious second-half comeback by Farmingdale to take the Conference I showdown, 48-38 Friday night.
Down 35-10 midway through the third, the Dalers stagnant offense woke up, sparked by an 80-yard kickoff return for a touchdown by Richie Morris.
But the Jets managed to come up with just enough big plays of their own late, and eventually ran out the clock for the win.
