Farmingdale Baseball League (FBLI) held its annual Baseball Day on a rainy June 11 at
The event included skill competitions and all-star games for the AAA, Boys Juniors, Seniors and Majors divisions and the girls softball teams.
The day also featured a 28’ slide, moon bounce, carnival games, popcorn, cotton candy and Italian Ices from Ralph’s. A chance book drawing was held and a big screen television and Yankee tickets were raffled off.

Local officials like Town of Oyster Bay Deputy Parks Commissioner Frank Nocerino, Town of Oyster Bay Councilwoman Rebecca Alesia, Town Clerk Steve Labriola, Nassau County Legislator Joe Belesi and Town of Oyster Bay Receiver of Taxes Jim Stefanich visited the celebration.
