Community Update

I would like to compliment the sales person that assisted us last night. Her name is Faith. I have never been with a more patient, dedicated sales person before.
We are in the process of remodelling our home and there are a few rooms for us to decorate. Faith came to us while we were in the process of deciding on a dining room set. One of our main concerns in our dining room was the size of the table. With measurements on hand, Faith assured us that the table chosen would not be too big for the room. Faith was absolutely incredible.
Once we felt comfortable with our choice we began to move into the living room pieces. She took her time to find out exactly what our needs are and tailored our choices. She had my husband sit on various couches to see what his likes and dislikes were. She did not rush us, nor did she make us feel like it was hard sell. She truly made us feel as if our needs came first and making the sale was last.
Besides being friendly, courteous and all the other good stuff, most importantly she was extremely knowledgeable. She knew every manufacture and what their fabric capabilities were. Her design concepts were right on the money. My husband and I both felt extremely comfortable working with Faith.
