Community Update

In late February of last year I received delivery of furniture from your store. The sofa that was delivered was received defective. A service man came to my home and repaired it. Soon after it was repaired the center cushion on that sofa split at the seam. I called your store and spoke with Stephanie Cosantino. She told me she would have a new cushion.
A few weeks after that a cushion on my love seat split at the seams, I called Stephanie once again. She ordered yet another cushion. I received both cushions within ten weeks as she told me I would.
In September I noticed that the material where the arm of the sofa connected with the back of the sofa was breaking apart and the inside cushion was showing. If that were not enough, I realized that the center back spring in the sofa was also broken and yet another cushion was splitting at the seam.
Once again I called Stephanie; I told her I did not want to this living room set any longer. She told me she would speak with the manufacturer and would call me back. She did call me back within the time she said she would. She told me that your manager Patty Daly said to come in and pick out a new sofa, which I did.
Throughout this whole ordeal I dealt with only Stephanie. What could have been a big headache was not because of her. She returned all my voice messages, and called back with answers within the time she said she would.
Although I did receive a lemon of a living room set I would definitely buy from your store again because of the professional and courteous service I received from Stephanie. I can only hope that you value such an excellent employee.
I also hope that the living room set I have now ordered is of superior quality.
