Community Update

"Jeanette" in the Farmingdale Customer Service Department, she is an exemplary employees who truly understands the definition and importance of "Customer Service".
There were times during the past year when my patience was worn very thin and when I called your store and asked to speak with Jeanette I truly believed that she understood our predicament and would do her best to remedy our situation. At no time did I feel that she was just “saying the right things” to pacify me for the moment. She is at all times courteous, professional, patience and up until the present time she continues to extend the highest quality customer service to us. It was good fortune to contact Jeanette when we placed our first call for service to your store.
Due to extenuating circumstances I have had the opportunity to speak with several individuals in the Customer Service Department including Mr. Kantor who we also wish to acknowledge and commend for the time he spent trying to assist us.
The main reason we have singled out Jeanette is that she has persevered with us for almost one year, and we hope that you personally extend our thanks to her for her excellent service. As I am sure you are aware, a successful business such as yours will thrive when customers return to make additional purchases. If your customer service employees perform their jobs as professionally and courteously as Jeanette does The Place Furniture Galleries will continue to grow in the furniture industry. Jeanette is a very valuable employee at The Place and she is definitely a role model for her fellow workers. It is a pleasure dealing with her.
