Community Update

I purchased two leather chairs some time ago and unfortunately much of the leather started flaking and peeling off. I made several calls to your service department and spoke with Tyresia, who then assisted me in getting new leather on the chairs. It was her handling of a very trying situation we have had with these two recliners. Her attention to the handling of the problem related to these two recliners was caring and extremely considerate. Tyresia is a huge asset to your company and time should be taken to recognize her related efforts.
