Community Update

I am writing to thank you for your pleasant and most helpful staff members, Ann Marie at extension 1124 and Jules at extension 1161. I will try and keep this short: my wife ordered some Windsor Back Arm side chairs for our home. We needed those chairs for company coming to visit from out of state (my parents who are in their mid to upper 70’s), who we had not seen in years. We bought our home last year and my wife has been trying to furnish it with a style that your company has offered.
After ordering the furniture, it all came down to getting the delivery in a time needed for our visitors. I had spoken with Jules who was very helpful in explaining the time frame of delivery to Colorado and then to my house, just an estimate. When it got closer to the date that delivery was needed, Ann Marie spent a lot of time with me explaining the system of shipping to Colorado. She set up a delivery date for the day of arrival as the truck was too full for the day before. When I had not heard from the trucking company on the scheduled date, Jules gave me their phone number and the tracking number. When I called them they told me the delivery was pushed back another 4 days (which would be 4 days after my company arrived!). I called Ann Marie and pleaded with her to please help me. While I was at the airport picking up my parents, my wife received a call that Ann Marie had hired a private moving company to pick up the chairs and deliver them to my house that afternoon.
I don’t know how she did but I am grateful. The arrival of the chairs on time made for a very enjoyable stay with my parents: we were able to sit at the dining room table and had a very nice Grandparents-and-grandkids-around-the-table family talk. Please thank both Ann Marie and Jules. In my eyes they are both very valuable employees and deserve a pat on the back. Thank you again and I will recommend your company in a heartbeat.
