Brockport, N.Y. – A photo apparently showing a dog doing a keg stand has resulted in animal cruelty charges against two college students, WHAM TV reported.
Shane Oliver, 20, and Robert Yates, 20, face misdemeanor charges because of the photo that was taken at a off-campus house party. A friend of Yates and Oliver told WHAM that the photo was a joke and the dog was not drinking.
