<dl><dd>The Farmingdale Library was first established in 1923 by the Women's Club of Farmingdale and other community organizations. The original location was a room in the Kolkebeck House and in 1994 the library moved to its current location. Library Director Debbie Podolski oversees all current operations.<br /></dd><dd><br /></dd><dd>The library hosts child, family, adult and senior programs, lectures, book clubs, speakers and classes.
