You can call the Commanding Officer of the Pct and if you do not receive any satisfaction you canRead More contact Internal Affairs. The person that was stopped by a neighbor as a patrol car was passing was positively identified by another neighbor as the person seen leaving a backyard on Birch. The police could have charged him with criminal trespass and taken a statement from the neighbor who positively identified him. I have no idea why they did not do this....they have a neighbor who engaged in a conversation with this person who had no reason to be in the backyard of this house. This neighbor positively identifies this guy in front of the officer yet they don't take a statement and lock him up. It leads me to believe the cop either didn't want to get involved with paperwork for a criminal trespass or doesn't know that is what he should have done at the very least!! Good Luck with SCPD........You have a real problem going on over there and there are a few things they should be doing. .....and they know that too!! I don't know why they won't take a few extra steps to get this ring......

one of the men that was in the suburban was positively identified walking the streets on Friday -Read More but the SCPD let him go and they are being quite nasty with the residence regarding any info - so we need to look out for each other. Id like to know how I make a formal complaint about the way the detective and an officer conducted himself on the phone with me.
