Farmingdale United Methodist Church opened in 1842 as the Methodist Society of Farmingdale led by Philip Ketcham.…More Today the congregation believes in Jesus Christ as savior, and regular worship service takes place in the sanctuary every Sunday morning at 9:30, with Sunday school classes for young people right after the Children's Message part of the service. Coffee Hour follows downstairs in Fellowship Hall. Nursery Care is offered during the service for all children under 3 years of age. Visitors and new members are always welcome.
